    Journey Through India’s High-Altitude Wonders

Embark on an unforgettable journey through northern India, departing from the bustling capital of Delhi and traveling toward the high-altitude wonders of Ladakh, where culture, spirituality, and breathtaking landscapes converge.

Begin your journey with a drive to Rishikesh, spending a peaceful night along the sacred banks of the Ganges. Here, you can soak in the spiritual energy of the evening aartis and explore the famed Beatles Ashram - where the band wrote much of The White Album in 1968. From there, continue to Patiala, a city steeped in royal heritage, defined by the magnificent Qila Mubarak fort complex, the opulent Sheesh Mahal, and a vibrant legacy of Punjabi craftsmanship and culture.

Continue to the sacred city of Amritsar, home to the Golden Temple. Its 750 kg gold dome reflects in the sacred tank below, while the mechanized community kitchen serves thousands daily a true testament to devotion and service.
Next, ascend to Dharamshala, nestled in cedar-clad hills and blooming rhododendrons. As the home of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government-in-exile, it exudes serenity at every turn. Journey deeper into the Himalayas to Lamayuru, a moonscape of dramatic rock formations where the monastery houses ancient frescoes and carved masks amid surreal lunar-like terrain. Then, discover Uleytokpo, a peaceful village by the Indus River, surrounded by mountains, valleys, and a living display of Ladakhi culture.

Traverse Khardung La Pass at 5,359 meters, one of the world’s highest motorable roads, for panoramic mountain views. In the Nubra Valley, explore sand dunes and take a camel safari on rare double-humped Bactrian camels. Marvel at Pangong Lake, a high-altitude saltwater lake whose waters shift through shades of blue and green, framed by towering peaks and vibrant birdlife. From there, continue to Manali, offering thrilling rally routes and the 16th-century Hadimba Temple, before concluding your expedition in Chandigarh, Le Corbusier’s modern city defined by wide avenues and the whimsical Rock Garden. This journey blends ancient traditions, modern innovation, and natural wonders, offering discoveries at every turn.
